Bishop Sutton Primary School

"Learning together for life tomorrow"
Our school dates back to 1842 and was originally a school for pupils up to the age of 14. At one time it was a Church school but no longer has this status. The building today consists of the original Victorian school and three detached classrooms. The original building houses two classrooms and the school kitchen. The school house has been opened up for school use and now provides office space, a staff room and a food technology base. The school has recently been extended to provide a superb new hall, a library and indoor toilets. We have a good sized field which is used for sports and games. At the end of the field there is a conservation area with a pond and a variety of trees, plants and shrubs.
Bishop Sutton Primary School caters for children from ages 4-11 in an attractive village location. At present we have 137 pupils on roll organised into five mixed age classes.
