Welcome to our school

We are a Bristol based special school that works successfully with young people who have a range of complex needs. Florence Brown Community School is proud of our child centred approach in which focus upon supporting and developing the needs of the whole child.

Our school is equipped with a high standard of specialist resources and staff who have a wide range of experience and skills. Over recent years our students have made significant progress in relevant range of areas from literacy and numeracy to vocational qualifications and skills for independent living. Our facilities include a large Hydro-therapy pool, specialist technology teaching rooms, 2 gyms, an Art base, a community social base and large outdoor gardens and fields including a vocational training area and an outdoor learning area with self-built pond and wild garden.
