Welcome to St. Helen's Primary School
Saint Helen’s is a Roman Catholic co-educational school situated in Bishopbriggs, within the East Dunbartonshire Local Authority. It is located to the east of Kirkintilloch Road about ½ mile from the centre of Bishopbriggs and serves the Cleddens Park, Woodhill and Auchinairn areas of Bishopbriggs. The school is conveniently situated for main bus routes and Glasgow can be reached in approximately 15 minutes.
Building
Saint Helen’s School was built in 1970. The school comprises of 14 classrooms. The school building has an administration area, staffroom and a multi purpose assembly hall, which also serves as a gymnasium and cafeteria. The school also benefits from a large internal extension which was completed in 2000 and houses a modern, well-resourced ICT Suite, the school’s main Resource Area and library. There are open project areas outside of the Infant, Junior and Senior classrooms.

- To develop further partnership with parents – by valuing their support and by maintaining clear lines of communication and being responsive to their views and enquiries

- To provide effective leadership and commitment to quality by producing relevant policies, using development planning effectively, providing a clear framework for monitoring and evaluating work and ensuring regular staff development
