WELCOME!!!

At Ashwater School we strive to create a happy, supportive and caring
atmosphere.  We attempt to do this by encouraging children to develop their individual strengths and helping them to overcome any personal weaknesses. By being aware of these strengths and weaknesses we seek to enable children to thrive, giving them more confidence to tackle difficult, different or unusual tasks.

We want our children to be equipped with the skills, knowledge and
understanding to cope with life not only in our school but in their future
schools. We are about nurturing enquiring, confident, sympathetic and self
disciplined minds that will be able to empathise with one another's
problems and support each other in all areas of life. We want our school to be a safe place where the various members can  trust each other to behave in a responsible, tolerant and co-operative manner.

 Debbie Tomlinson
 Headteacher.
