Our aim at Beechcroft St. Paul's CE VA Primary School is that everyone feels valued in an effective learning environment. Apart from coming to school to learn in the traditional sense, we strive to give our children a positive self image, knowing that they are loved and in turn capable of wanting to care and show care for others.

At Beechcroft St Paul's CE VA Primary School we follow the ‘Curriculum Guidance for the Foundation Stage’ and the ‘National Curriculum’. The learning in each year group is carefully planned to build on existing knowledge and to develop learning further. A variety of stimulating topics and themes ensure interest and purpose for that learning.

Children may be taught as a whole class, in groups, pairs or as individuals. Extensive use is made of Information Communication Technology (ICT) PC’s being available in all classrooms. Each classroom has an Interactive Whiteboard. In addition there is a mobile set of laptop PC’s enabling a whole class to work together in pairs.
