What Do The Student Council Do?
The Student Council decide what might improve the school. They discuss ideas and suggestions brought to the council by class representatives. They might organise special charity days such as Jeans for Genes day, suggest how the playground might be improved and what equipment should be bought for school. There are two representatives for each class and roughly every 2-3 weeks they have a meeting and discuss what each class have asked or reported. After that, Jake - the Chairman - talks to Mr Harper to tell him about what was discussed in the the last meeting, then Mr Harper can see what he can do. The representatives then go back to their class and inform them of the decisions.
