Greetings from the Head Teacher
Thank you for your interest in Robertswood School. Children are admitted to our Nursery from just after their third birthday and leave us to commence their secondary education at eleven.
From the beginning we encourage a partnership with parents to provide excellent teaching and learning of a broad, well balanced curriculum, in a calm and caring environment.
We teach our children a firm foundation of basic skills and a feel for freedom by instilling confidence, independence and responsibility.
We expect high standards of work, good behaviour, respect towards all, a full commitment to the life of the School from everyone and for all to take pride in everything they achieve.
We hope that children will develop an enthusiasm for learning which will last for the rest of their lives; we value the diversity of our children’s home cultures and provide equal opportunities for all.
