The above after-school activities are organised on a voluntary basis.  Occasionally it is necessary to cancel for a variety of reasons, eg meetings, weather etc and wherever possible children are informed in good time during assembly and again during registration.  In the event of activities being cancelled at the last minute children will be allowed to contact their parents by telephone.  Please provide your preferred contact number below.  We would request parents do not routinely telephone school to check whether or not activities are going ahead – we only have one telephone line and such calls prohibit us from making outgoing calls.  In the event of bad weather Netball and Hockey will only go ahead if courts are dry.  Football usually goes ahead in all weather and children should be equipped accordingly.

If your child would like to participate in any of these activities would you please complete the slip below and return it to his/her class teacher.

Parent helpers are always needed to help run these activities – please contact the staff member if you are interested in participating.
