Highfields has established itself as a caring and supportive school. We provide a broad and balanced curriculum and were praised for this in our most recent Ofsted inspection.  Our social and cultural development were graded as excellent.  We also provide a number of extra curricular activities.

Children's progress is monitored regularly and informative targets are set for the children to achieve.  Parents are fully involved in the life of the school, and attend meetings provided to keep them informed of any new developments. I would like to offer my thanks to Penny Carter for maintaining the new school site and for her enthusiasm in developing all aspects of ICT in school.
