Maldon Court Preparatory School prides itself on providing a happy, secure and stimulating environment where children are encouraged and developed in all aspects of the broad and balanced curriculum. We are a small friendly proprietorial school which is regularly commended for its family ethos.  Pastoral care is of the highest standard where children learn the traditional values of respect for themselves, respect for each other and respect for their environment.

Mrs Coyle and pupils

PRE-PREP

In the Pre-Prep we aim to provide a happy stimulating environment with emphasis on the all round development of your child.  We aim to provide an environment where children can grow in confidence, become independent and have feelings of high self worth.

Play is the basis of the Pre-Prep curriculum and we aim to provide an enjoyable, secure and stimulating environment where each child can develop social, physical and intellectual skills at their own pace.

There are carefully planned and constructed areas within the Pre-Prep from which your child will gain valuable learning experiences such as baking, painting, craft work, sand and water trays, musical activities and a book corner.  When children show an interest in various topics these will be further provided to enhance their natural curiosity.

AIMS OF THE PRE-PREP

Create opportunities to learn through play.

Encourage the emotional, social and physical, creative and intellectual development of the children.
