"The College’s main task is to identify, nurture and develop the academic and personal talents of our students. The staff are totally committed to providing a first class, disciplined learning environment which both challenges and motivates the students to have very high expectations of themselves and the staff and, therefore, achieve their highest potential.
The College’s success is based on a partnership of commitment between students, parents and staff. To succeed academically the students are encouraged and guided in developing self discipline, self responsibility and the skills of learning.
This College combines the best of the traditional and the newer approaches to learning. Teaching group sizes are smaller than most schools and we provide an impressive range of support for students to succeed.
The College is recognised as a Community School, offering an extended day programme outside normal school hours, from 8.00am to 6.00pm. We are committed to developing and sharing our facilities with the community and local primary schools. The College has started on a £25 million development plan for the site which will result in new buildings and expanded facilities and opportunities.
The College, which has Specialist School status, works in partnership with the Learning Skills Council, Adult Education, the Youth and Community Service, Swale Borough Council, the voluntary sector, many local businesses and national and county organisations.
We invite you to visit and join our College, which provides a challenging, stimulating and successful learning environment for all our students."
