Mission Statement

Our school has a Christian ethos that is inclusive of the wider community. Children entering Bradley School, eager to make sense of the world. Our aim is to facilitate their exploration by providing a stimulating and secure environment where thay can reach their full potential, learn to value themselves and relate to others with consideration.

The pastoral and spiritual care of our children is characterised by fairness, respect and understanding of the needs of the individual.

School places emphasis on achievement and well-merited praise.

Our aims are supported through the educational partnership between staff, governors, parents and Church.

Our Vision

Our school will be a place that the community is proud of - equipped with all the latest technology and tools for learning in the 21st Century and accessible to all community members.

Every student will be enthusiastic to reach their full potential and opportunities will be provided for everyone to develop as individuals.

All members of the school community will be respected and mistakes will be viewed as opportunities to learn.

School will be a happy, safe place where all are welcomed, feel cared for and where standards of behaviour are high.

The Aims of Our School

Every child is unique and we have only one chance to work with that child.

Our principal aim is to provide each child with quality learning experiences in every area of the curriculum and school life, enabling our children to prepare for the roles and responsibilities of adult life.

We provide a broad and balanced curriculum that is well matched to each child's differing needs and abilities and is planned to promote his/her spiritual, moral, emotional, cultural, intellectual and physical development.

We aim to create a secure, friendly atmosphere that rejoices in success but where it is safe to make mistakes. Every opportunity is given to staff, children and parents to make a commitment to Bradley's school community.

We recognise that children and adults who respect themselves are more able to respect the rights and needs of children and adults from other cultures, the opposite gender and with disabilities. Positive attitudes are at the centre of the school's philosophy.

We believe that adults are our most valuable resource within the school and their individual contributions to the education of our children are highly valued.
