What are the aims of our school?
We aim to provide a broad and balanced education which develops each child and enables them to achieve their full potential. We are particularly concerned that children develop the right attitudes to learning and also towards other people and property. We believe strongly in promoting right values and good relationships and the ethos of the school is based on this.
We also are committed to providing lunchtime activities and end-of day clubs whenever possible that offer further development and enjoyment to the child.
We have high but realistic expectations of our pupils in terms of both work and behaviour and we aim to lead them to an understanding of the difference between right and wrong and towards taking responsibility for their own actions. We also aim to foster a positive working relationship between staff and parents which will benefit the children.
