Founded by Rose Kingsley, the daughter of the author Charles Kingsley, who wrote “The Water Babies”, we are proud of our history as one of the first all-girls schools.
Originally established as a Church of England school, we now welcome pupils of all faiths, reflecting our core values of tolerance and respect for the feelings and beliefs of others.
Each section of the school is housed in separate but adjacent buildings centred around Beauchamp Hall, an attractive Victorian building in the heart of Leamington Spa. We have extensive, well-maintained playing fields comprising a modern pavilion, four hockey pitches, five netball courts, six tennis courts and five rounders pitches. New changing rooms have just been built on the Senior School site.
We aim to equip all our pupils with the information retrieval and handling skills which are vital for success in today’s fast-changing world. The recently refurbished Learning Resources Centre also plays an essential role in encouraging independent learning. The school is well-equipped with up to date educational technology, including interactive whiteboards.
New music and art facilities have recently been added to enhance further a curriculum rich in the creative arts.
