Although the city edge lies within three miles, there is a very extensive rural catchment area and many children are brought to and from the school by bus. Queensferry High School is our local secondary School.
Inside the school we have a modern library. We actively seek out award winning children's books to add to our collection. We have a small but well equipped gymnasium and curtained stage. Our dining room with its display of stained glass created by our own pupils looks out onto Cock Hill, our local nature reserve. Our large fenced school playingfield houses our Trim Park and another miniature trim park can be found in the Nursery playground. We have recently completed planting a butterfly hedge around the perimeter fence and eagerly await it's maturity, it will be beautiful. |
